¶2On the side of the prosecution, it is stated that the criminal case was ended in acquittal on 20.03.2023, by the trial Court in C.C.No.37 of 2016.

¶3In view of the submission made by the prosecution this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
