¶2According to the learned Counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, he was not permitted to attend classes from 30.10.2025 onwards without assigning any reasons whatsoever. According to him, he has been wrongly implicated in some misconduct and on the basis of the said false allegations, he has not been permitted to attend the classes and he has also not permitted to stay in the Hostel.

The learned Counsel appearing for the College submits that in case if the petitioner wishes to get transfer certificate, they are ready to give Transfer certificate and return the eligible fees to the writ petitioner to enable him to pursue his studies in a different College.

¶4The learned Counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, on instructions, submits that the petitioner may not be willing to continue his studies in the respondent College and he would like to seek admission in a different College in case if the fee is refunded to him and all the academic records are returned.

¶5The learned Counsel for the respondent College submits that the petitioner had paid a sum of Rs.45,000/- out of Rs.85,000/- as tuition fees and another sum of Rs.40,000/- out of Rs.82,000/- towards hostel fees. The Management is willing to return a sum of Rs.34,000/- to the petitioner.

¶6In view of the above said facts, this Court is inclined to pass the following orders:- a) The petitioner is directed to approach the 5th respondent College in-person to collect all the certificates; b) the 5th respondent College is directed to refund a sum of Rs.34,000/- to the petitioner; and c) the 5th respondent College is further directed to issue a transfer certificate and a conduct certificate indicating the conduct of the petitioner as "Good".
