O RDER
This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the contemnor /respondent for deliberate and willful disobeying the order of this Court, dated 26.08.2022 made in WP(MD) No.20023 of 2022.
¶2The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that after enquiry police protection was extended to the petitioner. In that place village people gathered and made an objection stating that the above said property is used by the villagers for playing games. So, because of the above said objection made by the villagers the police team returned by advising the parties to approach the revenue authorities. Hence, on that account the matter has become infructuous.
¶3Recording the same, this Contempt Petition is closed.
