This petition is filed to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.375 of 2020, on the file of the first respondent police.

¶2On the side of the prosecution, it is stated that already investigation was over, charge sheet was filed and the same was taken on file as Calendar Case, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Sivagangai.

¶3In view of the submission made by the prosecution, this Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
