Judgment

O R D E R This Writ Petition is filed challenging the impugned refusal check slip issued by the 2nd respondent dated 22.12.2021 and also seeking for a consequential direction to direct the 2nd respondent to register the sale deed vide Temporary Registration No.TP 108365450, dated 22.12.2021 in the light of the proceedings of the 1st respondent in Na.Ka.No.7612/Aa2/2021, dated 27.04.2022 within the time frame as fixed by this Court.

¶2By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. Since no adverse order is going to be passed, notice to them is dispensed with.

¶3Though the petitioner prayed for a larger relief, at the time of hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer only to direct the first respondent to complete the enquiry in an appeal filed by one of the co-pattadhars, challenging the impugned refusal check slip dated 22.12.2021, since in the said appeal, the 1st respondent called for the documents from the private respondents and a summon was also issued to the petitioner.

¶4The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that enquiry would be completed within a period of eight weeks.

¶5In view of the above, this Court directs the first respondent to complete the enquiry in the proceedings relating to a challenge made against the refusal check slip in Refusal Number:RFL/Sivagiri-Tenkasi/15/2021, dated 22.12.2021, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

¶6With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
