According to the petitioner, for having filed this writ petition, he has been orally terminated from service in the month of July 2023. Therefore, this petitioner has submitted another representation and approached this Court, seeking a Mandamus, to direct the fifth respondent to take necessary action to regularize the vocational course as well as the petitioner's service as Vocational Instructor(Agriculture) from the date of his appointment and provide all the consequential benefits or compensate the petitioner suitably.

5.In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition for issuing any further direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner.
