2.On the side of the prosecution, it is stated that a chargesheet was filed on 05.01.2023 through online before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Usilampatti.

3.In view of the submission made by the prosecution and since the chargesheet was already filed, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
