ORDER The Criminal Revision Case is directed against the order passed in in Crl.M.P.No.6615 of 2022 in S.T.C.No.189 of 2016, dated 20.12.2022, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sivakasi, dismissing the petition to examine the additional witnesses. CRL.R.C.(MD).No.309 of 2023

¶2When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that despite intimation to the trial Court, the trial Court has proceeded and disposed the case on 06.03.2023. He would further submit that liberty may be given to the petitioner to raise the points now raised in the revision, in the appeal.

¶3Since the trial Court has already disposed of the case, the revision has become infructuous. Hence, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to raise the above points in the appeal. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
