This contempt petition is filed that the order of this Court in in WP(MD) No.10711 of 2014, dated 30.01.2018 has not been complied with.

2.Today(16.06.2023), when this Contempt Petition is taken up for admission, the learned Additional Advocate General has produced a communication of the Commissioner, Kayalpattinam Municipality in Na.Ka.No.94/2019/A3, dated 15.06.2023 that the petitioner's representation dated 19.02.2019 has been considered.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission, this contempt petition is closed with a liberty to the petitioner to challenge the above communication in the manner known to law, if he is so advised.
