Judgment

O R D E R ************* Alleging wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.13502 of 2020 dated 20.07.2022, this Contempt Petition has been filed.

¶2When the matter was taken up for hearing today, it is stated by the learned Additional Government Pleader that the order of the Writ Court has been challenged in an intra Court appeal, which is posted along with batch of Writ Appeals covering the issue. While that being so, it would not be appropriate for this Court to parallely adjudicate the present Contempt Petition.

¶3Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a fresh Contempt Petition or to reopen this Contempt Petition, subject to the final outcome of the Writ Appeals.
