O R D E R This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 21.12.2020, wherein, the petitioner has sought for the issuance of natham patta for the property in Survey No. 2339/2, Vadaku Valliyoor Village, Part-II, Radhapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District.

¶2When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that through proceedings dated 14.08.2023, the natham patta has already been issued in favour of the petitioner. The copy of the proceedings was also produced before this Court.

¶3In view of the above, nothing survives in this Writ Petition and the same stands closed. No costs.
