ORDER Heard both sides.

¶2The prayer in the writ petition is for concluding enquiry as regards the guideline fixation for the petition mentioned survey numbers.

¶3When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader produced the copy of the proceedings indicating such guideline fixation. Nothing survives for further adjudication.

¶4The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
