O R D E R This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order dated 17.02.2021 and further directing the respondents 2 and 3 to extend the lease period of the petitioner to run his respective shop bearing Shop No.6 situated in Vadakkankulam Bus Stand Building, Vadakkankulam, Valliyoor Panchayat Union, Tirunelveli District.

¶2Considering the nature of the relief that has been sought for in this Writ Petition and considering the fact that there was an order of interim injunction operating in favour of the petitioner and also the fact that the period of lease itself came to an end during the pendency of the Writ Petition, nothing survives in this Writ Petition.

¶3Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
