O R D E R The Contempt Petition is filed alleging the disobedience of the order passed by this Court.

¶2The contemnors aggrieved over the order passed by this Court have preferred an appeal in W.A.(MD)Nos.1375 of 2022 and 21 of 2023 before the Division Bench of this Court. In the said appeal, there is an interim order.

¶3Since there is an interim order, contempt is not made out and therefore, this Contempt Petition stands dismissed.
