O R D E R The contempt petition has been filed complaining that the third respondent had not complied with the direction of this Court in W.P.(MD). No. 18474 of 2022, dated 08.09.2022.
2.It is stated that the petitioner had purchased a demand draft for the taxes to be paid. The only issue is adjustment of taxes to the particular month, for which, it was paid. This issue can be examined only by a discussion between the petitioner and the respondent. Let the petitioner herein go over to the office of the respondent.
3.This contempt petition is closed by giving two liberties to the petitioner:
¶1Enter into a discussion with the respondent about the month/year, for which taxes were paid.
¶2To file a fresh contempt petition, if again, it is considered that the respondent has not complied with the order.
