O R D E R This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to dispose of the representation made by the petitioner, wherein, the petitioner is seeking for issuance of patta in his name with respect to the subject property.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents circulated the written instructions received from the Tahsildar, Thiruverumbur. 3.It is clear from the above that the subject property has been categorised in the 'A' register as 'Tharisu' and the relevant document was also placed before this Court to substantiate the same. That apart, the property is under the possession and enjoyment of the Tamil Nadu Paper Limited (TNPL) and they are utilising the trees that are grown in the property for the manufacturing purposes. That apart, patta has not been issued to anyone with respect to the subject property in S.No.266/1.

4.In view of the above observations, the relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted by this Courts. The Writ Petition is dismissed accordingly. No costs.
