ORDER (Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.) The prayer in the writ petition is for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 9 to take appropriate action to recover the property in Old S.No.115/3B and New Survey No.78 of Sathamangalam, Madurai North Taluk, Madurai District and restore the same in favour of the 8th respondent temple for fulfilling the katalais and other religious activities, within the time frame fixed by this Court.

¶2We do not think such a prayer can be granted. Connected writ petition in W.P(MD)No.22681 of 2018 is dismissed today. Therefore, this Writ Petition is also dismissed leaving it open to the petitioner to approach the competent Civil Court and work out his remedy. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
