ORDER The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court, dated 07.09.2022 made in W.P(MD) No.14083 of 2012. As against the said order, writ appeal has been filed in W.A.(MD) No.1329 of 2023, and an order of interim stay has been granted by the Division Bench of this Court on 14.08.2023.

¶2In view of the interim order passed by this Court, this Contempt petition is closed for the present.
