¶2The Power Grid Corporation had drawn overhead lines on the petitioner's land. The petitioner seeks compensation for the same.

¶3A learned Judge of this Court vide Order dated

22.02.2023 in W.P.(MD)No.6528 of 2013 had upheld the entitlement of the land owners.

¶4Respectfully following the same, I permit the petitioner to move the jurisdictional District Judge under Section 16 of the Indian Telegraph Act 1885. The petitioner is given four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this 3 W.P.(MD)NO.3890 OF 2023 order to file such a petition before the jurisdictional District Judge. The same will be entertained without reference to limitation and disposed of on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six months, thereafter. This writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
