ORDER (Order of the Court was made by D. KRISHNAKUMAR, J.) The prayer in this Writ Petition is seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 20.02.2023 to conduct public auction to lease out the rights to cut the velikaruvela trees in Survey Nos.38 (Villur Kanmai and Pillaiyar Kanmai), 11/1 (Vannara Kanmai), 1/6 (Thatchan Kanmai) at Thanipatti Village Group, Thiruppattur Taluk, Sivagangai District.

3.In view of the fact that the Government has decided to conduct public auction for removal of trees, the prayer sought for by the petitioner has been met with and nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition.
