ORDER [Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble The ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE] Mrs.Indhirani, W/o.Nageswaran, having residence at 2A, Vaiganallur Agraharam, Opposite to Life Insurance Corporation Limited, Kulithalai, Karur District, has filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second and third respondents to remove the iron poles and the iron gate erected by the fourth and fifth respondents infront of the petitioner's house on the public road, preventing the free ingress and egress of the petitioner.

2.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, in support of his prayer, has produced a copy of the photograph at page No.15 of the typedset of papers.

3.Mr.A.N.Ramanathan, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 2 and 3 submitted that the representation of the petitioner, dated 24.03.2022, would be considered in accordance with law.

4.A perusal of the photograph shows that the matter needs enquiry.

5.In view of the above, the respondents 2 and 3 are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated

24.03.2022 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law. If there is any obstruction as claimed by the petitioner, after issuing notice to all the other parties including the respondents 4 to 6 and after affording sufficient opportunity of personal hearing to all the parties concerned, the respondents 2 and 3 shall take necessary action for removal of the same, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
