ORDER This Criminal Revision Petition is directed against the condition No.(viii) imposed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Trichy, in the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.5863 of 2022, dated 20.12.2022.

¶2When the matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e.,11.04.2023), the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. Permission is granted.

¶3In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Revision is dismissed as withdrawn.
