ORDER This writ petition has been filed for issuance of writ of mandamus forbearing the 3rd and 4th respondents from granting any permission to lay any pathway on the property in S.No.265 by destroying the bunds of channel namely Salluthu Odai, comprised in S.No.291 in Manjanaickenpatti Village, Ottanchatiram Taluk, Dindigul District.

¶2When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents, based on the written instructions received from the second respondent, submitted that there is no such proposal to lay any pathway.
