Respondents in all petitions Common Prayer: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the entire records pertaining to the impugned tender cum auction notification published by the third respondent vide his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.68/2020 dated 24.02.2020 and quash the same in respect of the Shop nos.2, 3 and 4 situated at Kanjampuram Sandhai, Ezhudesam Town Panchayat, Vilavancode Taluk, Kanyakumari District respectively and consequently direct the third respondent to extend the existing leasehold right for the period 01.04.2020 to 31.03.2023 in respect of the above said Shop nos.2, 3 and 4 in favour of the petitioners respectively. Therefore, nothing survives for further consideration in this matter.

¶2Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate, the writ petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
