ORDER Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

2.Mr.R.Ramadurai, learned Counsel appearing for the first respondent would fairly state that since the Second Appeal was numbered even without noticing the pendency of the miscellaneous petitions for setting aside abatement and impleading the legal heirs of the deceased sixth respondent, considering that the second appeal has already been numbered, the applications to set aside abatement and to implead the legal heirs of the sixth respondent may be treated as petitions filed in the pending Second Appeal.

3.In the light of the above, the orders passed in C.M.P.(MD)Nos.2781, 2782 & 2784 of 2022 shall be read as orders passed in S.A.(MD)No.356 of 2022.
