ORDER (Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) This Contempt Petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the part of the order passed by this Court dated 23.01.2023, made in W.P.

(MD) No.26867 of 2022.

¶2Today, when the Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing, learing counsel appearing for the respondent, would submit that, the respondent, who is supposed to pay a sum of Rs.25,000/- towards the cost of the learned Advocate Commissioner as directed by the Division Bench of this Court, has taken out a Demand Draft for the said sum and today across the Court the said Demand Draft has been granted to Mr.A.Ganesan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, who on receipt of the same acknowledged the said receipt.

¶3Recording the said payment, we feel that, since the said compliance has been made, no further order needs to be passed in this Contempt Petition. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed. (R.S.K., J.) & (R.V, J.)
