26.01.2023 vide resolution No.19.

¶2Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 6 would submit that the prayer that has been sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous.

¶3In view of the submission made by the learned Government Pleader to the effect that auction has already been concluded on 30.01.2023, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, a copy of the auction taken shall be furnished to the petitioner. No costs.
