¶2Considering the nature of the relief sought for, notice to the third respondent is dispensed with.

¶3Gist of the case: The third respondent has given a complaint as against the petitioners herein. The third respondent belongs to Schedule Caste and on 08.02.2026, when the defacto complainant and his relatives went to Angala Parameswari temple, due to some parking issue, the accused persons abused the defacto complainant in order to denigrate his community and attacked him and his relatives with wooden log.
