¶2Mr.K.Balasubramani, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for respondent Nos.1, 3 and 5 and Mrs.S.Devasana, learned counsel takes notice for respondent Nos.2 and 4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

¶3According to the petitioner, his mother-in-law passed away on

¶5In such view of the matter, this Court directs the petitioner to submit a fresh representation by providing all necessary details, including the time of death and address, to the concerned respondent. On receipt of such representation, the concerned respondent shall consider the same and issue the Death Certificate, if the petitioner is otherwise entitled, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the representation.
