Judgment

O R D E R Let me not hold on to the Writ Petition any further.

2.This Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Certiorarified Mandamus seeking interference with the order passed respondent in Refusal No.RFL/BURKITMANAGARAM/3/2023, dated 27.01.2023 and to direct the respondent herein to register the petitioner's power of attorney deed, dated 25.01.2023.

3.Heard Mr.K.Rajeshwaran, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Prakash, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent.

4.In the refusal check slip, there were two reasons that have been given, namely, the parents had stated that it was their self acquired property and that one Sironmani had been mentioned and her signature must be obtained.

5.The learned Counsel for the petitioner stated that the power of attorney had been suitably corrected and seeks permission to present the corrected power of attorney before the Sub Registrar Office.

6.That right is always vested with the petitioner herein. The petitioner may present the corrected power of attorney. But, again the right is reserved with the Sub Registrar to examine the corrected version and take a decision in accordance with rules and regulations.

7.The Writ Petition stands disposed of. The petitioner may present the corrected version of power of attorney and thereafter, whenever it is presented, within a period of ten working days, let the respondent take a decision whether to register the power of attorney or to pass any other orders in the power of attorney.
