O R D E R This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to forthwith approve and grant registration of the petitioner's application dated 03.09.2025 as a Class III Contractor, which has been kept pending without any valid reason for more than five months, on the basis of the documents already uploaded and in the light of the Class III Contractor Registration Certificate issued by the 3rd Respondent, namely Tamil Nadu Adi Dravidar Housing and Development Corporation (TAHDCO).

¶2By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

¶3The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has already filed an application dated

03.09.2025, seeking to register the petitioner as Class III contractor. Since the said application has not been considered till date, the petitioner has approached this Court.

¶4The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the application of the petitioner dated

03.09.2025 would be considered in accordance with law.

¶5In view of the above, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the respondents 1 and 2 to consider and pass orders on the application of the petitioner dated 03.09.2025, on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

¶6With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
