ORDER This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to carry out the survey and demarcate the subject property, within the time frame fixed by this Court.

¶2When the matter was taken up for hearing today, Mr.R.Ragavendran, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents, based on the written instructions received from the third respondent/Tahsilar, Thisaiyanvilai Taluk, submitted that on 19.10.2023 at 10.00 a.m. the survey is going to be conducted.
