¶2When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.

¶3On the side of the prosecution, it is stated that already investigation was over and a final report was filed, on15.10.2021, as "action dropped" and the same was submitted before the concerned Court.

¶4In view of the submission made by the prosecution, this Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
