Judgment

ORDER This Review Application in Rev.Appl.W(MD)No.61 of 2023 was filed against the order, dated 29.09.2022 passed in W.P.(MD).No.8627 of 2014.

¶2The petitioner is contesting this case as "party in person". Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the petitioner is present before this Court. The contention of the petitioner is that the respondents have given reply under Right to Information Act application, vide proceedings, dated 07.12.2018, where it is stated that the petitioner is entitled to interest, until March 2017-2018 and they have added interest to the petitioner's amount. The petitioner is now seeking to pay the said amount along with interest as stated under Right to Information Act.

¶3This Court has issued notice to the 3rd respondent. However, the 3rd respondent did not appear before this Court.

¶4Therefore, this Court is of the considered opinion that for such period the 3rd respondent shall consider and pass orders. While passing order the respondents shall take into consideration the reply given under the RTI Act, dated

07.12.2018. The petitioner is directed to submit a representation along with this order and also the copy of the reply given under Right to Information Act. The respondents shall pass an order within a period of ten weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

¶5With these observations, this Review application is partly allowed and the remaining portion of the order is hereby confirmed. Index : Yes / No
