O R D E R This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to extend the period of lease by considering the representation made by the petitioner on 15.02.2021.

¶2The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the matter has become infructuous, since the period of lease is already over.

¶3Recording the same, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
