ORDER The wife and the daughter of the respondent herein are the petitioners before this Court. They filed this petition to enhance the maintenance award granted in M.C.No.1 of 2018 vide order dated

03.02.2021 by the learned Judge, Family Court,Tirunelveli.

¶2Pending this revision petition, in the Mediation Centre before the Family Court, the parties settled the matter and one of the terms is to withdraw the M.C.No.1 of 2018. It is also stated that Rs.16,50,000/- as permanent alimony also paid to the petitioner/wife. The learned counsel for the petitioners produced a copy of the order of the Mediation Centre and the joint compromise memo before this Court.

3.This Court has heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the report of the Mediation Centre as well as the joint compromise memo produced before this Court.

¶5In view of the above said settlement arrived in the Mediation Centre before the Family Court, nothing survives in this petition. Hence, this Criminal Revision Petition is closed recording the joint compromise memo filed before the Mediation Centre at the Family Court, Tirunelveli. The report of the Mediation Centre and the joint compromise memo filed before the Mediation Centre shall form part of this order. No Costs.
