O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents herein to permit and to provide protection for the conduction of Chittirai Kodai Vizha festival in Sengidakkaaraswamy Temple, Chinnanaindhanvilai, Manikattipottal post, Kanniyakumari district, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 16.02.2023 within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the suit in O.S.No.229 of 2021 is pending on the file of the I Additional Subordinate Court, Nagercoil, for declaring that the land to an extent of ten cents situate in Re-S.No.325/17, wherein the temple is situated and for a consequential injunction.

¶3The Writ Petition has become infructuous, leaving the petitioner to resolve the above said issue in the pending suit itself. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
