Ganapathy v. The Inspector of Police

ORDER This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to cancel the bail granted to the second respondent/A1 in Cr.M.P.No.773 of 2023, dated 21.02.2023 on the file of the learned Pricipal District and Sessions Judge, Srivilliputhur.

2.The petitioner has filed the present petition on the ground that after released on bail, the second respondent/A1 has threatened the petitioner. Further, the second respondent/A1 has already involved in three previous cases.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the second respondent/A1 is duly complied with the condition imposed by the Court below.

4.Since the second respondent/A1 has threatened the petitioner, no complaint has been lodged sofar. Therefore, this Court finds no reasonable grounds to cancel the bail granted by the Court below.

5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
