O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking for quashment of FIR in Crime No.407 of 2022 against the petitioner on the file of respondent No.1 Police Station.

¶2Learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) as well as learned counsel for respondent No.2 are present.

¶3Now, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submits that the respondent Police have completed the investigation and charge sheet is also filed on 24th April, 2023.

¶4Since the charge sheet has already been filed, this Criminal Original Petition which is filed seeking for quashment of FIR becomes infructuous.

¶5Considering the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the charge sheet, in case, if he is advised so. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
