ORDER This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the Petitioner in the guise of enquiry considering the petitioner's representation dated 27.02.2023.

¶2The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by one Anantha Arulmary, the case was registered in Crime No.10 of 2023 against five persons, among which, this petitioner is arrayed as the second accused.

¶3Since the First Information Report has been registered against this petitioner, he is at liberty to workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.

¶4With the above said liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
