This petition is filed to issue directions directing the Respondents 1 to 4 particularly the 2nd Respondent to take action under section 133 of Crl.P.C. against the 5th Respondent for his encroachment and nuisance caused on the Chinthamani - Nedunkulam Main Road at Puliyur.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that no representation or any complaint has been received from the petitioner by the competent authority, who is the second respondent so far.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he has already sent the above said complaint or representation as the case may be on 08.03.2023, for which, he has also enclosed the receipt copy.

4.Let the petitioner give fresh complaint or representation in person to the second respondent. On receipt of such representation or complaint, the second respondent shall consider the same, conduct enquiry and pass appropriate orders.

5.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition is disposed of. Index : Yes/No
