ORDER This writ petition has been filed seeking for a mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to constitute the Thirupani Committee to complete the renovation work and Kumbabisegam of Arulmighu Sree Karuvel Katta Ayyanar @ Kuravani Katta Ayyanar of Kandianatham Village, Ponnamaravathi Taluk, Pudukkottai District, by including the representatives of the Kulakaran Vagaiara.

¶2All the respondents have no objection to constitute the Tirupani Committee. It is informed that the Tirupani Committee which was earlier constituted had completed its work of renovating the mandambam. The present Tirupani Committee is sought to be constituted for completing the renovation work with reference to the remaining portion of the temple and to conduct the Kumbabisegam.

¶3In the light of the fact that all the parties have no objection to the constitution of the Tirupani Committee. The first respondent in consultation with the second respondent shall form a Thirupani Committee to complete the renovation work and also to conduct the Kumbabisegam in Arulmighu Sree Karuvel Katta Ayyanar @ Kuravani Katta Ayyanay of Kandianatham Village, Ponnamaravathi Taluk, Pudukkottai District

¶4Accordingly, this writ petition stands allowed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
