ORDER : The Court made the following order :-

The petitioner/Sole Accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 15.02.2023 for the offence under Sections 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(B) of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 in Crime No.184 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was found in illegal possession of 1.100kgs of Ganja. Hence, the case.

3.Heard. Perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report.

4.Though the petitioner was in possession of 1.100kgs of Ganja, which is in between quantity, he already involved in 14 previous CRL OP(MD). No.5307 of 2023 cases, out of which, four cases are similar in nature. That apart, the petitioner was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on

15.02.2023. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5.Hence, this petition stands dismissed. sd/- 21/03/2023
