Francis Alexander @ Alex v. The Inspector of Police

ORDER This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining Crime No.53 of 2023 dated 06.02.2023 on the file of the Inspector of Police,Thiruverumbur Police Station, Trichy District and quash the same against the petitioner concerned.

¶2The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that now Final Report is made ready and for completing the official formalities, it was not presented before the concerned Court so far.

¶3In view of the above said development, there shall be a direction to the first respondent herein to file the Final Report immediately before the trial Court.

¶4There shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Trichy, to process the above said Final Report within the time stipulated as per rules.

¶5If the petitioner is aggrieved over the content of the above said Final Report, he can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.

¶6With the above said direction and liberty, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
