O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.7 of 2021 pending investigation on the file of the first respondent.

¶2When the matter is taken up for hearing today,the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and second respondent appeared before this Court and filed a joint compromise memo, at that same time the Additional Public Prosecutor represented that after investigation the respondent police has closed the case as 'Action dropped'.

¶3In view of the fact that already negative report was filed , this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
