ORDER This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the respondent to register FIR in pursuant to the order in Crl.MP No.16288/2022 by the Judicial Magistrate on 03.08.2022.

¶2Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

¶3There shall be a direction to the respondent police to conduct an enquiry and complete the enquiry within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

¶4With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
