ORDER:- This Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and the requisition letters in D.No.1275/2024-A, dated 05.03.24, received from the Principal Disrict Judge, pudukottai and in D.No.79/2024, dated 02.03.24, received from the Principal Disrict Munsif, Pudukottai this Court made the following order: This case has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in O.S.No.81 of 2021.

¶2By the order dated 20.04.2023, this Court directed the learned District Munsif, Sivagangai, to dispose the case in O.S.No.81 of 2021, pending on his file, within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Now, the learned Judge, seeks further time to complete the trial process.

3.Considering the reasons assigned by the learned Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, five months time is granted. The learned District Munsif, Sivagangai, is directed to comply with the directions of this Court, without any further delay.
