2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner so far as the condition No.7(b) is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall deposit the original title deeds of immovable property worth of Rs.5,00,000/- either belonging to the petitioner, friends or relatives to the credit of Crime No.1 of 2023 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Thoothukudi, at the time furnishing sureties;, instead of the petitioner shall deposit the original CRLeMP(MD)eNo.5581eofe2023 title deeds of immovable property worth of Rs.10,00,000/- either belonging to the petitioner, friends or relatives to the credit of Crime NO.1 of 2023 before the learned Judicial Magistrate NO.IV, Thoothukudi, at the time furnishing sureties;
