ORDER The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court dated 25.08.2022 made in W.P(MD) No.17068 of 2016.

¶2The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the contemnors submits that an appeal has been filed in W.A.(MD)No.1462 of 2022, as against the order in W.P(MD) No.17068 of 2016 and the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court granted interim stay in C.M.P(MD) No.11789 of 2022, dated 10.05.2023.

¶3In view of the interim order passed by this Court, this Contempt Petition is closed for the time being.
