2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.20,00,000/-(Rupees Twenty Lakhs only) to the credit of the Crime No.13 of 2022 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court (Incharge) Special Court for Anti Land Grabbing, CRLeMP(MD)eNo.5533eofe2023 Trichy, without prejudice to his rights and contentions.
